Stir Fry Method
(Serves two)
INGREDIENTS
250g Yunion Japanese Noodles
400ml chicken stock
60g sliced cooked meat
½ cup Chinese greens
½ teaspoon sesame oil
½ teaspoon fried shallots
Salt to taste
Method:
Parboil noodles and greens separately and set them aside in a large soup bowl. Bring stock to boil and add in the seasonings. Pour hot stock over noodles and greens.
Garnish noodles with meat and shallots, serve hot.
