Store at or below 4°C

May be frozen for up to two months. Use promptly once thawed.

To remove the vegetable oil coatings, simply place in a pot of boiling water, stir for a few seconds and drain immediately.

Stir Fry Method

(Serves two)


INGREDIENTS

  • 250g Yunion Japanese Noodles

  • 400ml chicken stock

  • 60g sliced cooked meat

  • ½ cup Chinese greens

  • ½ teaspoon sesame oil

  • ½ teaspoon fried shallots

  • Salt to taste


Method:

Parboil noodles and greens separately and set them aside in a large soup bowl. Bring stock to boil and add in the seasonings. Pour hot stock over noodles and greens.

Garnish noodles with meat and shallots, serve hot.
