Stir Fry Method

(Serves two)


INGREDIENTS

  • 500G Yunion Hokkien Noodles

  • 50g cooked prawns

  • ¾ cup cut Chinese greens

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

  • ½ teaspoon sesame oil

  • 100g cooked sliced meat

  • ¾ cup chicken stock

Method:

Fry garlic in vegetable oil in a hot wok or frying pan until golden brown, stir in greens and noodles, mix well. Add in chicken stock and turn noodles gently. Continue cooking until stock is almost all absorbed by the noodles. Add in prawns, meat sesame oil and salt. Stir all ingredients until well mixed and the noodles are ready for serving.
